Black Fruit Bowl Set

This set includes 1 Fruit Bowl and 1 Soap Rest. 100% cotton yarn is used for all of these. The fruit bowl is black, and the soap rest is a variegated yarn (white, light green, dark green, red)

The fruit bowl is intended to hold fruits or vegetables on a countertop (or other surface) to protect the surface from spoiling fruits. It also is a soft surface for the fruits or vegetables to rest on, prior to eating or usage. I made one for myself after a bunch of bananas rotted and caused damage to a wooden table I had them resting on. I now use them in my own kitchen to protect my countertop and fruits/veggies. :) 

The Soap Rest is meant to hold bar soap (Modeled by the packaged soap in photos). I made one for myself and have been using it in my kitchen for a couple years now. It holds soap residue and moisture to protect my counter. If it gets a build up of soap residue, I rinse it in the sink with warm water to get the soap residue off and let it air dry before resuming use.

Fruit Bowl:  8 inch diameter x  2.5 inch height (sides)

Soap Rest: 5.25 inches long x 4 inches wide

Care Instructions:

Machine Wash Cold, tumble dry low as needed. 

I recommend air drying if possible to retain integrity of the yarn, handwashing or spot cleaning is recommended for the fruit bowl and soap rest.
